Multi Pallet Machine Centres

Our Horizontal Multi Pallet Milling section comprises of two Niigata SPN50 Twin Pallet Machining Centres with 12000rpm, 40mtrs/min rapids and machining capacity of 800mm in X, Y & Z. One Matsuura ES450 Five Pallet Machining Centre with 15000rpm, 40mtrs/min rapids and machining capacity of 350mm in X, Y, & Z. One Daewoo HP400 Twin Pallet Machining Centre, 14000rpm, 40mtrs/min rapids and machining capacity of 700mm in X, Y & Z. Two Kiwa PMH 40 CNC Twin Pallet Machining Centres, 10000rpm, 30mtrs/min rapids and machining capacity of 500mm in X, Y & Z.

Our Vertical Multi Pallet Milling section comprises of one Daewoo VC320 Twin Pallet Machining Centre, 12000rpm, 30mtrs/min rapids with a machining capacity of 520mm in "X" and 400mm in "Y". One Hyandai Kia VX380TD Twin Pallet Machining Centre, 12000rpm, 50mtrs/min rapids with a machining capacity of 520mm in "X" and 380mm in "Y".

We first started using horizontal machines in the early 90's when we purchased a 10 pallet Makino, this was due to us winning a major contract from one of the largest mobile phone companies to machine castings for their base stations. With this and further investment in this section other customers have been coming to us with their Aluminum or Stainless Steel Castings for machining as well as their large machining requirements.

Newcom manufactures all of its fixtures in house. This with our casting knowledge and skill level in this area enables us to respond quickly to customer's demands for one off R&D prototypes, as well as being able to do the machining of small, medium or large batches of components to a tight schedule.
